4. How much time do I have for the payment of my order?

We are waiting 3 days for the payment. If the order is not paid within this period, you will receive a reminder either by email or by phone. From now on you will have 2 extra days to complete the payment. If no payment is made within the above days in total, the order will be automatically canceled.

5. I made a deposit / payment by card and I have not yet received my parcel, why?

Depositing into the account or paying by card is not equivalent to direct credit of the amount to our account. The package is sent after the value of the package is credited to our account.

6. Where is my parcel?

You can check the status of the parcel through the website of the Geniki Tahydromiki courier or ACS courier website with the sending number that you receive in the email.

7. When I try to use the shipping number, it goes wrong, why?

The shipment number is activated at the end of the day after the execution of the order.

8. Is it possible to change the order or the payment method?

10. Can I make an appointment with a courier at a specific time to receive the parcel?

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the delivery time to the recipient. If you wish to set a specific delivery time, the request needs to be reported to the local Office of the courier. When we ship your product, you will receive an email, in which the parcel shipping number is written, so that you can monitor the progress of your order on the website of Geniki Taxydromiki courier or ACS courier.

11. How and in what period of time is the refund made for the return of the product?

We make a refund within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the product, to the bank account number that you will send us by email to [email protected] and you will mention Iban, the bank of your account and the name of the beneficiary. In case you have made your purchase via card, the money will be refunded to your card.

12. When can I return the product?

The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

13. What is the procedure I must follow to return a product?

The refund process is: Put the shoes in their original packaging together with the receipt (located on the lid of the box) and place them in any bag so that the box does not wear out. Then send us an email with the IBAN, the name of the beneficiary and the bank to which you want us to refund your money. You will be charged with shipping costs for the return of the product, you can send them either with any COURIER company you wish or send the product at our expense (Geniki Taxydromiki courier or ACS courier) at a cost of 5 euros which will be deducted from the return amount.

The procedure for changing the product is: Put the shoes in their original packaging together with the receipt (located on the lid of the box) and place them in any bag so that the box does not wear out. You will be charged with shipping costs if the value of the order is under 99 euros, you can send them either with any COURIER company you wish or you have the option to send the product at our expense (by Geniki Taxydromiki courier or ACS courier) and we will send you the new product with 10 euro cash on delivery (5 euros to come and 5 euros to send you the new product).
